Decreased activity.
Why?
There are plenty of reasons, but I won't get into it, because many people would feel hurt.
None of the existing members recruit anymore, because there has only been like one new person in the last week. We've all recruited a few, but after that, they either leave, or....leave. They don't keep the chain going. We need to broaden our recruiting. I'm not sure how, though. Any thoughts? (to those who are still there)

Re: Decreased activity.
Maybe add something more fun then the arcade here. We have a decent community, but there's nothing to do here. We should either expand our arcade (more and better games + more advanced system) or specialize on something. I guess we're trying to stick to gaming, but the competition is to hard if we don't concentrate us for something special. There's hundreds of this sites like kongregate, crazymonkeygames and all those. Maybe we could try to focus on online games, action games etc. etc. (Just examples)

Umm im a coder specilized in making moving character's...i can help.
But if we are talking about adding an arcade, we already have one.

Well, I was thinking along the lines of making this forum have credits/points. Like each post you put up, you get points. After that, you can use points to buy maybe forum skins and whatnot, you could also use it to host tournaments in PT, PG, SAB or any other game. I mean, to me, the only reason why their is decreased activity is that there is no real point in this forum besides posting, nothing motivates the users to post.

Maybe a shop. I mean, the only way to get a custom title is being a mod. Kind of bland. That's a good thought, baldy.

Re: Decreased activity.
I try to get people, but some people need to step it up. I everyone should get a pm to step it up. Plus we only have 1 mod around, so that had to Decreased activity just a little bit. We need to somehow post an really big banner. Like 950x650. So it will get people to join. I say all of our GFX members team up to make it.

Re: Decreased activity.
We should have designated recruiters. People who are popular-ish around the internet. Depending on everyone is kind of too much. I would think maybe the forum mods should be in charge of it, as well as the assistants. They have something to lose, so it would be better like that. (I'm guessing)

In other words, as long as a certain user has a job, you want them to waste their lives away in order to get other people in fear of getting demoted? Seems rather queer to me. The job of recruiting should be of freewill.
